You will leave this day with a complete outside sales kit that can be used in your business the next day. You will know if you have a hunter or need to recruit one, where your hunter needs to go, and how to process the new inflow of business that comes to your store.

 

Day 2 - MANAGING THE HUNTER & BEST PRACTICES

This day is perfect for OWNERS, SALES MANAGERS & STORE MANAGERS.

FIRST 1/2: Arm your Hunter with the proper weapons and direct them into forests ripe with live game. As the Owner/Manager the success of your Outside Sales Program rests on your shoulders and wise planning and coaching will insure a plentiful harvest. Topics of training will include:

  • How to Coach a Hunter
  • How to Compensate a hunter
  • Project Planning


By lunch time you will have a plan of action detailing the next 6 months of your outside sales program.
