What Benchmarking Groups Include
Benchmark Group Participation Benefits:
- Annual or quarterly reporting of the Member Performance Report (MPR).
- Live and virtual meetings will all members of each group facilitated by an RCG Benchmark Consultant; with no more than twenty five members in a group.
- Five topic specific virtual meeting utilizing webcams where members and see and talk with each other
- One two day live meeting in Dallas, Texas
- Collaboration with other members through our specialized social media platform.
- Private online data sharing system where members and our Benchmark Consultant can post documents and tools to be accessed by group members.
- Office hours for members to seek additional support on completing homework assignments or gain some deeper understanding of topic covered in the webinars or live meeting.
- Bi-monthly posting of white papers outlining best practices shared with all members.
