Josh started his career early on in the restaurant industry moving quickly up the ranks. After receiving his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan in Architecture, he made a shift to commercial real estate development. He worked as a Project Manager conducting feasibility studies, directing architects and engineers, developing project budgets and schedules, closing deals, and managing multi-million dollar construction projects. His client list includes: Wal-mat, Best Buy, and Walgreens among numerous others.
While working as a Project Manager with several of the premier developers in Arizona, he earned his MBA from Arizona State University with an emphasis in Small Business and Entrepreneurship. His professional career also includes experience and advanced certifications in Financial Services and Insurance as well as Personal Training. Josh’s skill set enables him to provide merchandising, financial, and organizational expertise to our clients.
