Felipe’s professional career began early-on working in the furniture industry in Colombia, where he developed a desire to better understand the complexities of retail while engaging various commercial projects and managing the day-to-day manufacturing side of the business.
With a degree in Architecture and diverse experiences abroad, Felipe relocated to the States in 2000 to further his formal education and gain experience in developing design centers and merchandising process improvement. His professional ventures range from planning prototype stores and leading strategic projects for Home Depot’s visual merchandising group, to developing design centers for Expo and Creative Touch Interiors utilizing digital signage, integrated mobile media and interactive way-finding processes to enhance customer experiences. After completing his MBA program, he started a consulting service in Atlanta.
Felipe is leading and directing RCG’s team of MBAs—educated and experienced Resource Consultants specializing in providing performance improvement solutions to retailers.
