Drew spent 24 years in the furniture industry in all phases from operations to administration, sales and store management. Early on at a high-end furniture company out of Wilmington, Delaware Drew realized the effects of design and strategic planning.
Furthering his career with a multi-million dollar chain in Atlanta Georgia, Drew managed four of eight stores in the Atlanta region. He also became the region’s trouble shooter and was utilized for turning stores from underperforming to profit generators.
Drew left retail in 1997 after being recruited by an Atlanta based consulting firm, and has been in the consulting industry ever since. After working with a multitude of furniture stores across the U.S. and Canada, from small mom and pop stores to multi-chain operations, Drew was recruited by Romano Consulting Group to specialize in sales and sales management training and development.
