The goal of our Service Delivery is to provide an intensive hands-on experience that produces long-term results. Our consultants will spend a limited number of days per month on-site, over an extended period of time, to facilitate a smooth transfer of knowledge to you and the various members of your organization throughout the implementation process. At the end of each visit, you will receive a set of initiatives and tasks to accomplish, prior to our next visit.
