The Member Performance Report (MPR) is a benchmarking report developed by Romano Consulting Group and Flooring America/Carpet One that compares your business’s performance in several areas to the average performance of other members similar to you. We categorize all members based on business mix, customer type, store volume, geography, and in other meaningful ways, then we use comparisons to illustrate areas you should focus on to improve results. These reports cover topics such as financial, operational, sales, and human capital performance. It is not your same old boring income statement and balance sheet comparison. These reports are all encompassing comparing you to other Carpet One/Flooring America members not the entire world of floor covering retailers. It is time to stop guessing how you are doing compared to everyone else and get the facts.
