Romano Consulting Group (RCG) operates under a different ideology – we offer highly personalized service to retailers delivered by well-trained and skilled consultants with diverse backgrounds. We don’t focus on direct mail or flashy advertisements, because we are too busy delivering RESULTS!
We work at the store level with owners and managers to understand the desired state of the company and the gap between where it is now and where it wants to be. What we do after that is very basic: we provide the Programs and Tools that bring about changes in organizational processes in a reasonably short period of time, by instituting a proven methodology for achieving a new level of business performance within a clear structure.
Once companies see what we do, they continue working with us for an extended length of time and our referral base swells. There is nothing magical to our consulting, nor are there any guarantees. Our clients have never asked for either. What they have requested, simply, is that we do what we say we'll do.
